The Schema Designer shows the data dictionary — the groups and headings that define how your project data is structured — and lets authorised users edit it: add or adjust headings, captions, units, pick lists, and validation or calculation expressions. Dictionary changes are recorded and synchronised like any other change, so every device in your organisation sees the same structure.
